Prices: The price paid for your tour includes your guided tour by an official tourism guide in English as well as transport to and from your destination. It does not cover food, drink or entrance fees to museums and other sites.
Booking: All tours must be booked in advance using PAYPAL or bank transfer.
Group Numbers: We prefer to give personalised tours and therefore we can only take a maximum of six passengers unless specially requested. For larger groups please ask for a quotation.
Taking Photographs: Tenerife is often referred to as a miniature continent and the scenery can change around every corner. Therefore we try to stop for you to take photos whenever you like, so long as it is safe to do so.
Clothing: The climate in Tenerife is usually pleasant, but conditions do vary, so it is always advisable to bring a jumper and even an anorak. You can also bring your swimming things just in case we stop at a beach or a rock pool along the way. It is essential to bring comfortable footwear, either tennis shoes or light walking boots, especially if you are interested in a walk.
Personal belongings: Tenerife Private Tours cannot be held responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings on a tour.
