Terms and conditions

Please allow 20 minutes for any delays we have picking you up…although we are usually rather British and early. If for some reason you cannot be found at the pick-up point we will try to contact you on the telephone number you have provided on the booking form and wait for at least 50 minutes after which we will assume the appointment is cancelled and no refund will be given.

All services must be booked in advance by using a Paypal account or bank transfer.  You will receive an email to confirm your booking once payment is received. Please feel free to contact us if you have any doubts.

A full refund will be made only if a booking has to be cancelled by Tenerife Private Tours. No refund will be available for loss of time. Tenerife Private Tours cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by traffic jams or other travel related problems, poor weather conditions, theft or loss of personal belongings.

We reserve the right to refuse to take anyone on our tours who is believed to be under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs or whose behaviour is considered by us to pose any threat, nuisance or discomfort to other passengers. Smoking, eating food and drinking anything except water inside the vehicle is not permitted.

If you have to cancel a booking:

You may receive a 100% refund providing a cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the date and time of the tour. If you would like to change from one tour to another or change the date of a tour you may also do so providing you advise us at least 72 hours before the date and time of the originally booked tour.
